SHOULD I STORE MY SYRUP IN THE REFRIGERATOR?

No need, the syrup can be kept at room temperature. Once opened, the syrup can be stored for several weeks.

But it is important not to store it near heat sources after opening and it is recommended to put it in the refrigerator in very hot weather for more safety.

HOW TO USE MY CARAMEL SYRUP?

Le sirop caramel peut servir pour aromatiser un latté, c’est-à-dire en le mettant comme base et en rajoutant ensuite le lait et le café. Mais il peut aussi être utilisé en topping, au moment où on ajoute de la mousse de lait ou bien de la chantilly, je peux rajouter du sirop pour une boisson plus gourmande.

HOW LONG DOES THE SYRUP LAST ONCE OPENED?

Once opened it can last 5 minutes if you drink it all :p

Otherwise, up to 1 month, keeping it in the fridge.
